Patients that are strongly influenced by their emotions such as anxiety or fear, as an example they could be judged as not having the capacity for decision-making. The ones who are asleep clearly can’t make decisions on alone, and external parties are required to obtain consent instead.

The risks and the benefits associated with this treatment
There are alternative treatments available, along with their risks and benefits
